“Highland Roast”, a collaboration between the Highland Community Foundation and Highland coffee roaster Smalltown Coffee Company, is now available for sale.
HCF partnered with Smalltown earlier this year to create a special roast of coffee for the Town of Highland. Smalltown intends to donate a share of the proceeds from the sale of “Highland Roast” to the foundation to assist its fundraising projects. Public input was obtained through two taste tests at this summer’s Highland Midweek Market at Main Square, and a Highland artist, Jessica Haug, was chosen to provide the artwork for the coffee packaging.
